Paying for your Empress Health and Wellness Centre consultation constitutes the acceptance of our terms and conditions outlined below.
Payment for a service type or consultation is non-refundable.
Terms and conditions of payment and any ordered nutritional products is outlined below.
Payment for consultations and nutritional products with Empress Health and Wellness Centre are paid directly to Empress Health and Wellness Centre through this website or through a pre-agreed method such as PayPal and Square.
Goods remain the property of Empress Health and Wellness Centre until payment is received in full.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS ON HARD GOODS/PRODUCTS
Shipping and Handling Costs:
The cost of shipping and handling varies depending on your location. Currently, Empress Health and Wellness Centre is only able to ship products within Canada and the United States of America. Products will be shipped directly from the product manufacturer's warehouse. Shipping charges are as follows:
Canada: All other provinces and territories: $19.95 for ground shipping. Air shipping is $45.00
USA: All orders within the USA are $25.99 ground only.
Provide Correct Shipping Address:
Customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address for Canada Post and/or UPS deliveries. Please make sure your delivery address is correct and complete. Empress Health and Wellness Centre is not liable for an incorrect delivery address.
Packages ship with Canada Post depending on the size, weight and destination. Please indicate in the Notes sectioned if your delivery address has any limitations or special instructions. If this note is missing, and the package is returned to us as un-deliverable, customer will be responsible for any and all reshipping fees.
When will you get your stuff?
Orders placed over the weekend will not be filled until the following business day. Orders typically arrive to their destination within 2-5 business days after confirmation of payment.
Empress Health and Wellness Centre is not responsible for lost/stolen/mis-routed/not received packages. If such a misfortune occurs, for our part, we will file claims with the postal service on your behalf.
Probiotic and homeopathic products are not accepted for refund.
Opened items are not accepted for refunds.
Products can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase unless marked or defaced. Products with lapsed expiry dates are not accepted. Returns require pre-authorization and are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus shipping costs. Probiotics and homeopathic products are not accepted for return.
