How Do I Book An Appointment?

For your convenience, to book an appointment you have options.

Option 1 – Online Booking

You can book your appointment online anytime.

You can go to our website www.empresshealthandwellness.com and click on Book Online

Option 2 – Call the Wellness Centre

You can call the wellness centre. Let our office staff know that you are interested in booking an appointment. Our office staff will be able to tell you the next available appointment time and arrange an appointment time that is mutually convenient for you and the therapist.

If you are a NEW CLENTS or PATIENTS please download the Health History Questionnaire and email the completed form to info@empresshealthandwellness.com.

Secondly, you can bring the completed form with you to your first appointment.

Option 3 – Email Us

You can book your appointment by sending us an email anytime, day or night, from anywhere at info@empresshealthandwellness.com

Cancellation of Appointments

Appointments may be cancelled with no charge any time up to 24 hours before the time of the appointment. Appointments missed without notice will be billed to the patient at one half of the cost of the scheduled appointment.

Payment Policy

  • Payment is due at the time of the patient and client consultation, and when supplements and remedies are taken and delivered. Payment for special order remedies are due when they are ordered. We accept payment by square, cash, paypal, Visa or Mastercard. Our office is unable to offer payment plans or credit.

  • In case of a medical emergency, please contact your local emergency services by calling 911.
